Cancel Anytime
You can cancel your Praxo subscription at any time with no cancellation fees and no minimum commitment. Cancel directly from your Settings page.
When Cancellation Takes Effect
Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep full access to all features until your paid period ends.
30-Day Reactivation Window
After your subscription ends, you have 30 days to reactivate your account and pick up exactly where you left off with no data loss. Simply log in and resubscribe.
Read-Only Access After Cancellation
After your subscription expires, your account enters read-only mode. You can log in, view patient records, view clinical notes, download documents, and export your data. You cannot create appointments, add patients, send communications, or use AI features.
Your Data is Your Data
You own your data. Before or after cancellation, you can export everything in standard formats (CSV, PDF).
Data Retention
We retain your data for 7 years after cancellation per healthcare record retention standards. You can request early deletion in writing.
Team Plan Cancellation
If a practice owner cancels a Team plan, all team members lose access when the subscription expires. The owner retains read-only access.
