Praxo SMS Messaging Program
By opting in to SMS communications from a healthcare practice using Praxo, you agree to the following terms.
Program Description
When you provide your mobile phone number and consent to receive text messages, you may receive the following types of messages from your healthcare practice:
• Appointment reminders and confirmations • Scheduling updates and rescheduling notifications • Practice announcements and office hour changes • Intake form and paperwork links • Post-visit follow-up communications • Appointment recall reminders
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your appointment schedule and practice communications. You may receive up to 10 messages per month per enrolled practice.
Opt-In
You may opt in to receive SMS messages by:
• Checking the SMS consent box when booking an appointment online • Providing consent during patient intake at your practice • Replying YES to an opt-in request text from your practice
Opt-Out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. You may also contact your practice directly to request removal from SMS communications.

Reply HELP to any message for support information, or contact your healthcare practice directly.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply. Praxo does not charge for receiving text messages, but your mobile carrier may apply standard messaging fees. Check with your carrier for details.
Privacy
Your mobile phone number and opt-in consent will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent information will not be sold to or shared with any third parties or affiliates.

Content Limitations
For your privacy and security, text messages from practices using Praxo will never contain diagnosis information, treatment details, medication names, insurance information, or other protected health information (PHI). Messages are limited to your first name, appointment details (date and time), practice name, and general action prompts.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
